Saskatchewan

Situated in the western part of Canada, Saskatchewan is one of the only two land-locked provinces in Canada. Despite that, it is abundant with natural resources, reservoirs, and rivers. The province has more than 100,000 lakes and each of its water bodies adds to make 10% of freshwater cover in the province. Often dubbed as the Bread Basket of Canada and the Bread Basket of the World, Saskatchewan’s economy is hugely dependent on its agriculture sector. The agricultural land present in this province constitutes about 44% of the whole agricultural land present in Canada. Needless to say, for small-scale businesses, Saskatchewan is a safe haven, more so because of the various tools and resources present at their disposal.
