Agreement Marks Another Step in the Growth of A2Z Cust2Mate’s Retail Media Business
A2Z Cust2Mate Solutions Corp. (NASDAQ: AZ), a global leader in smart retail technology, today announced a new in-store retail media agreement with Israeli retail chain HaStock, further expanding the companies’ ongoing partnership.
Under the agreement, AZ received all in-store retail media and advertising rights across HaStock stores in addition to the on-cart retail media rights already granted to AZ. AZ will be able to offer these opportunities to brands and advertisers, including HaStock’s existing suppliers, creating additional in-store media inventory that can be commercialized through AZ. The agreement has an initial term of 24 months.
The agreement represents another step in AZ’s retail media evolution and is designed to help retailers and brands engage shoppers during the physical shopping journey, while creating measurable media opportunities at the point where purchasing decisions are made.
The agreement broadens the available media inventory beyond the Company’s Smart Carts to additional touchpoints within the store. This creates a more comprehensive in-store media offering, complementing AZ’s core Smart Cart-based retail media capabilities.
