Fredérick Wakim is the 19-year-old founder of ImmoAdmin, a Quebec-built property management software platform. Through ImmoAdmin, he is working to bring leasing, payments, accounting, maintenance, communications, documents, and Quebec-specific property-management processes into one connected platform. All of these functions are integrated and connected to an AI assistant that can work across the platform’s data and operational workflows, while human oversight is maintained for sensitive actions.
