Janet Salopek is the Founder of Salopek, a Canadian HR consulting firm she established in 2006 to make professional HR expertise more accessible to businesses and nonprofits. Drawing on senior corporate HR experience, including her role as Vice President of Human Resources at United Farmers of Alberta, Janet built the firm around practical, flexible, and strategic people solutions. Over the past 20 years, Salopek has grown into a nationally recognized HR firm serving organizations across Canada.
