Juanita Lee Garcia

Juanita Lee-Garcia is the COO of Growclass, an award-winning education company helping women and underrepresented people build lucrative careers and businesses. Previously, she led marketing, social impact, and partnerships at Venture for Canada, helping grow the charity to 30+ staff and $50M+ in funding before overseeing the strategic direction of Upside Foundation as Executive Director. Juanita holds an MEd from U of T and an MFA from Western. She is a proud Latinx migrant living in Toronto.
