Bryan Jaskolka has been the managing executive and visionary behind the CMI Group since its inception in 2005. Under his direction, the CMI group has grown to include a mortgage brokerage (CMI), an underwriting division (CLI), a licensed mortgage administrator (CSI), a real estate brokerage (CRI) and a mortgage investment corporation (MIC). Bryan has been with the CMI group for almost 15 years and has overseen thousands of mortgage transactions.
Bryan has expertise in residential, construction and commercial financing and has been a key player in the mortgage financing industry for his entire career. Bryan is a registered mortgage broker with FSCO, FICOM, RECA, and the MBSC and is also a licensed real estate agent with OREA. Bryan’s vision and strategic planning have allowed him to lead Canadian Mortgages Inc. to be named as one of the 2018 CMP Top Mortgage Workplaces, one of CMP’s Top 50 Brokerages for 2017-2019, and a finalist at the Mortgage Awards of Excellence for Top Private Lender in 2017 and 2018. Bryan has also achieved individual excellence in being named as a CMP Young Gun in 2018, as well as nominated for Canada’s Top 40 Under 40. Bryan has also been instrumental in CMI’s ranking at #130 on the Canadian Business “Canada’s 500 Fastest Growing Companies” list.

Have faith in yourself and your team. If you build a great team around a good product or service, you will find success. Ideas are important, but it’s the execution that facilitates growth and success.
