Dye & Durham Limited (the “Company” or “Dye & Durham”) (TSX: DND), a leading provider of cloud-based legal practice management software, today announced the appointment of Todd Schulte as interim Chief Executive Officer and provided an update on other governance matters.
Leadership and Governance Update
Mr. Schulte has been appointed as the Company’s interim CEO effective immediately, while the Board search for a permanent CEO remains ongoing. Mr. Schulte most recently served as Dye & Durham’s Chief Operating Officer and brings more than 30 years of experience helping multi-product organizations simplify operations, drive efficiencies, improve consistency and deliver stronger customer outcomes.
The Transformation Committee, chaired by Tyler Proud, was established to hold the duties and responsibilities of the Office of the CEO on an interim basis while the Board advanced its search for permanent leadership. With Mr. Schulte’s appointment, the management responsibilities transfer to him and the Committee has been dissolved. The Board’s search for a permanent Chief Executive Officer continues.
Mary Filippelli, who served as Chair of the Board and as a member of the Transformation Committee, has stepped down from the Board. Angela Zhang, an existing director and member of the Transformation Committee, has been appointed Chair of the Board.
