1. What does winning the CanadianSME National Business Award mean to you and your organization?
I believe this award speaks to our unwavering commitment to constant and never-ending improvement. We’ve worked relentlessly to reach this point, and have no plans of slowing down anytime soon.
While we are extremely fortunate to have received this recognition, we also acknowledge that we have a long way to go.
2. What piece of advice would you give to entrepreneurs?
Yes, this will hurt. Yes, this will demand more sacrifice than what you signed up for. It will take a toll on your health and relationships. It will cost you more than you could imagine. But, if you manage to push through it all, and you catch a little luck, the rewards are worth it. Get better every day. Go the extra distance. Learn, hustle, and learn some more. Keep pushing. You CAN do it!!!
