EMERGE Reports Strong Preliminary Q3 Results

EMERGE Commerce Ltd. (TSXV: ECOM) (“EMERGE” or the “Company”), an acquirer and operator of profitable e-commerce brands and technologies, is pleased to provide preliminary unaudited results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026.

Select Preliminary Q3 2026 Financial Highlights (vs. Q3 2025):

  • Revenue expected to be $7.4M vs. $7.0M, an increase of 5%
  • Gross margin expected to be 38% vs. 34%
  • Adj. EBITDA(1) expected to be $313K vs. $261K, an increase of 20%
  • Total Cash was $4.9M (September 30, 2026) vs. $4.1M (September 30, 2025). Total cash includes $1.0M in restricted cash held with Desjardins, scheduled for release at the facility’s one-year anniversary review

Ghassan Halazon, Founder and CEO, EMERGE, commented, “Our preliminary Q3 results reflect continued progress, with Adjusted EBITDA(1)  expected to grow 20% year-over-year, alongside higher revenue and improved gross margins. Combined with our recently completed 7-year refinancing with Desjardins, which lowered our interest rate from 11.0% to 7.3%, we are building a stronger financial foundation.”

EMERGE expects to file its full Q3 results in late November 2026.
