A virtual five-day, free event for entrepreneurs to grow their audience, revenue, and business
Growth Week is a free, virtual five-day event for entrepreneurs who want to take their side hustle and make it their career, co-hosted by online growth strategists and digital marketing expert Gemma Bonham-Carter with content creator and scaling expert Mallory Rowan. The online event will be held from Nov. 1 through Nov. 5 with sessions running from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST each day. Growth Week will include over 40 speakers who have a combined reach of 15M across all platforms.
“This lineup is so unlike what you typically see at virtual events, which can be so narrowly focused in one area of the online space. We’ve brought in a diverse group of business owners who have strong followings and have had success across different platforms, industries, and areas of business. This is no-fluff content that can be transformative for your business whether you’re an author, eCommerce business owner, course creator, consultant, freelancer, etc.,” Bonham-Carter said.
After attending surface-level conferences with a focus on sales pitches, Bonham-Carter and Rowan decided to create an entirely different event that provides know-how for attendees to grow their audience, add new revenue streams, and expand their business. Rather than simply listening to talks, a community element is available during this week, where attendees get to join a Facebook group and connect with other attendees and speakers. Bonham-Carter and Rowan will also be MCing the event via Livestream, creating a real-time experience for those registered for the week of events.
“This is one of the first conferences where we’re seeing a mix of seasoned speakers with new talent that haven’t yet had the chance to share their story on stage. For me, it’s about creating a space where people from all walks can see themselves in our speaker lineup, and at the same time, walk away with tangible next steps for their own business and life,” Rowan said.
Although Growth week focuses on business, wellness is also a key element, as each morning begins with a yoga and journaling session with a break in the afternoon for physical activity. Each day has three overarching subjects. Day one will center on Instagram, email lists, and paid ads. Day two will discuss TikTok, podcasts, and Youtube. Day three will include collaborations, community, and PR and speaking. Day four will focus on influencer work, Pinterest, and levelling up. Lastly, Day five will close out the week with financial chats, funding, and scaling.
Admission to the event is free, but you must register. Free tickets give access to attend all sessions live and entry to the Facebook community. Upgrades are available, including All Access, which gives attendees lifetime access to replays of all sessions, and VIP Passes, which provide everything listed above and bonus resources like an email marketing course, an Instagram template bundle, sample pitches, helpful guides and more.
