Three Sisters Consulting won Indigenous Entrepreneur of the Year – 2024 at the CanadianSME Small Business Awards. Headquartered in Chatham-Kent, Ontario, with a core team of 2– 10 employees, the company was founded in 2018 by Sarah Hopkins, who draws on her Lenape Turtle Clan heritage to amplify Indigenous voices in Canada. Three Sisters Consulting provides services such as navigating government procurement, including Aboriginal Set-Aside tenders, strategic planning, proposal writing, engagement, and reporting for Indigenous communities and organizations, as well as advising corporations and non-profits on Indigenous inclusion, covering hiring, governance, operations, and board training. Sarah shared her membership with the Ontario First Nations Economic Developers Association, welcoming future collaborative opportunities.
