As a woman in business, I believe it is essential to be honest and transparent. I attribute much of my success to being confident and speaking up when I know something, and, just as importantly, being honest when I don’t. In the last year, we’ve seen many women-led businesses around the world thrown into survival mode. For all of you who are struggling, I want to urge you to speak up when you believe in something. Don’t be afraid to push and don’t be afraid to ask questions when you aren’t sure. Be transparent about what you need, and people will respond.
