It’s an honor for ADP Canada to be named Small Business Champion by CanadianSME Business Magazine.
Thank you to the team at CanadianSME Business Magazine for the recognition and for the work you do every day in spotlighting the big impact of Canada’s small businesses.
Thank you to the Canadian small business community for making this possible by entrusting ADP Canada as your HCM partner. You are the backbone of our economy and being able to support your growth is a privilege.
Small business, big impact.
When I speak to or visit small businesses, it’s easy to understand how you deliver such powerful impact. There is constant innovation. You’re driven by passion. You serve local communities with unmatched service, expertise and care. You’re always designing products for people.
ADP’s core values align with these small business qualities. Being named Small Business Champion is an opportunity for reflection, but also a reminder for ADP Canada to continue to serve our small business community in a manner that upholds our core values, including:
- Inspiring Innovation: Rooted in passion and problem solving, small businesses create the future. We’re here in the background so you can focus on innovation, while always designing new solutions to help propel your business forward.
- Service Excellence: With attention to detail, personalized care and human relationships, nothing beats small business service. We’ll make sure you get the same from us.
- Each Person Counts: Every customer and every employee matters for a small business. ADP Canada will bring this personal level of care to you and your needs.
- Social Responsibility: Small businesses are the backbone of Canada’s economy and the heartbeat of local communities. Helping you help your clients and communities means the world.
So how does ADP Canada deliver on the above and continue to be a champion for our small businesses?
Listen. Everything starts here. Our team is spending time meeting with small businesses and understanding their unique needs. Alongside our Head of Product, I meet with 2 small business clients each month in their work environment. We run payroll together, listen to what they need and immediately take this feedback back to our team.
Design. Our small business products are built based on this feedback to uniquely support your needs. Included in this is an HR outsourcing department tailored for small businesses. An HRO specialist acts as an extension of your team to help manage payroll, balance accounts and ensure compliance.
Support. At ADP Canada, we have a full department focused solely on serving our small business clients from Sales to Implementation to Service. Partnering with ADP Canada means tapping into our resources and getting personalized support.
Serving Canada’s small business community is a privilege and inspiration. Whether it’s creating jobs, driving innovation, or always delivering on consumer needs with dependability, you make this country reach new heights.
I look forward to continuing to work with you to support your growth, while always drawing motivation from your approach to service, innovation and responsibility.
