Staples Business, a new, dedicated brand to support Canadian businesses of all sizes from coast-to-coast.

Built around the platform “Behind every business is Staples Business,” the new brand reflects the role Staples plays behind the scenes for organizations across Canada. From classrooms to healthcare clinics and hospitals to construction sites, corporate offices and professional services firms, Staples Business helps keep workplaces running smoothly so customers can focus on serving their own customers and growing their business.

Created to meet the unique needs of business customers, Staples Business brings together the products, services and expertise organizations need to operate, adapt and grow, serving everyone from entrepreneurs and small businesses to mid-sized companies and large enterprises.

“Staples Business brings everything our business customers rely on together under one brand, building on our long-standing commitment to supporting Canadian businesses for more than 30 years,” said Chris Saniga, Chief B2B Officer, Staples Canada. “As a Canadian company, we understand the pressures organizations here are facing. Whether it’s a growing startup or a large enterprise, our goal is to take more off their plate so they can focus on what comes next.”

Today, Canadian businesses are managing more behind the scenes than ever – from multiple vendors, portals and invoices to unpredictable costs and ongoing supply uncertainty. Staples Business is designed to simplify that work with expert support, a curated assortment of essentials, reliable delivery and convenient purchasing, along with technology, workplace, facilities, print, marketing and business services in one place.

Staples Business is available through two programs: “Staples Business Preferred” designed for smaller businesses looking for everyday value, and “Staples Business Professional”, supporting organizations that need customized procurement, personalized pricing, consolidated invoicing and dedicated account support.

“We’re proud to have more than 11,000 associates and operations rooted entirely in Canada, and that enables us to support Canadian businesses in a meaningful way,” added Saniga. “Whether organizations are growing, expanding their teams or adapting to new ways of working, they need a trusted partner that can help them move quickly. With teams rooted in communities across Canada, we’re equipped to deliver the products, services and expertise businesses, when and where they need us.”

Staples Business combines dedicated expertise with a broad portfolio of products, services and solutions designed to help organizations work smarter and operate more efficiently. Business customers benefit from personalized support through account representatives and category specialists, centralized purchasing, next-day delivery, print and marketing services, technology and IT solutions, and workspace, furniture and facilities expertise. As organizations continue to invest in productivity, collaboration and flexible ways of working, technology has become the fastest-growing category among Staples Business customers, underscoring the evolving needs of today’s workplaces.

Pay Days rewards businesses with savings and special offers

To celebrate the launch, Staples Business is also highlighting its annual Pay Days, a rewards event for business customers.
