(“Sun Life Global Investments”) announces the following regular cash distributions for the month ending July 31, 2026 in respect of the exchange-traded series of units of funds managed by Sun Life Global Investments (“ETF Series”), as set out in the table below. Unitholders of record on July 24, 2026 will receive cash distributions for the respective ETF Series payable on July 31, 2026.

The Sun Life Exchange-Traded Funds Distribution Reinvestment Plan (“DRIP”) will automatically reinvest cash distributions into the ETF Series making the distribution. The distribution amounts indicated in the table above will be paid in cash unless the unitholder has enrolled in the applicable DRIP of the respective ETF Series.
