Ania Gilbert brings over a decade of experience in the PR agency world, having held senior roles at leading agencies including Talk Shop and Pomp & Circumstance. She has led integrated campaigns for global brands such as Lavazza, Foodtastic, Bacardi, and Canadian Tire, and is known for her results-driven approach to communications and business development. In her new role, Gilbert will lead agency growth and partnerships, helping Swerve expand its client portfolio and strategic reach across key sectors including toy and baby, consumer tech, and lifestyle.
Cynthia Yan is an accomplished brand strategist and communications expert with more than 17 years of agency experience. She brings a creative, omni-channel approach to client work, with a proven ability to design bespoke campaigns that resonate with North American audiences. At Swerve, Yan currently leads a portfolio of marquee accounts including Swatch, FUJIFILM, Playmobil, and EBGames. Her broader career includes work with luxury and lifestyle brands such as BOSS, Casamigos Tequila, Club Monaco, Ermenegildo Zegna, Porsche, and Tatcha. In her role, Yan oversees the agency’s account teams, driving operational excellence and fostering innovative, tailored solutions for clients across toy, baby, retail, consumer tech, and CPG.
