Tecsys named one of the 2026 Best Workplaces™ in Quebec for the third consecutive year

Tecsys Inc. (TSX: TCS), an industry-leading supply chain management company, today announced it has been named one of the 2026 Best Workplaces™ in Quebec by Great Place To Work® for the third year in a row.

Tecsys has called Montreal home since its founding in 1983. Today its software is used at more than 1,000 customer sites in more than 100 countries, supporting hospitals, health systems and distributors that depend on reliable supply chains every day.

“Quebec is where Tecsys started, and it is still home to many of the teams our customers rely on when their supply chains are under pressure,” said Peter Brereton, President and CEO of Tecsys. “The trust our employees build with each other is the same trust our customers feel when they work with us.”

Organizations on the list must rank among the province’s highest-scoring workplaces on the Trust Index™ employee survey. At Tecsys, 93% of Quebec employees say the company is a great place to work, reflecting the strength of its workplace culture. This sentiment is further reinforced by an 86% Trust Index score, significantly exceeding the 65% threshold for Great Place To Work certification. The Quebec recognition follows the company’s Great Place To Work Certification™ in Canada, the United States, Denmark and India in July, the third consecutive year Tecsys earned certification in every country where it operates.

“Our Quebec teams play an important role in shaping the culture that defines Tecsys around the world,” said Nancy Cloutier, Chief Human Resources Officer at Tecsys. “What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that it comes directly from our people. It reflects the sense of belonging, collaboration and pride they experience every day. We are incredibly proud of our teams and remain committed to creating an environment where employees feel valued, have opportunities to grow and can make a meaningful difference for our customers.”
