Canada Digital Adoption Program – Helping Small Business Incorporate Digital Technology

Canada Digital Adoption Program Helping Small Business Incorporate Digital Technology

The Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP) by the Government of Canada helps small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) adopt digital technologies to increase their competitiveness.

CDAP provides up to $15,000 in grants, access to e-commerce advisors and digital adoption experts, plus the ability to secure a 0% interest loan from the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC).

The way Canadians do business has changed. Hence, small and medium-sized businesses need to adopt new digital tools to stay competitive and grow. This grant aims to increase e-commerce uptake among Canadian brick-and-mortar businesses and help businesses move toward digital technologies to help make operations more efficient.

In Budget 2021, the Government of Canada announced the $4 billion Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP) to help get your business online, boost your e-commerce presence, or help digitalize your business’s operations.

Natacha Moussi is the lead on outreach and partnerships for the Canada Digital Adoption Program.

She provides equal parts UX research, persona building, journey mapping, branding, UI design, copies and content writing, analytics digging and interpreting, along with a dash of strategy, leadership and vision.

Her marketing background extends to retail banking, real estate, luxury automotive and government. She is about problem-solving, friendly competition, efficiency, creativity, and innovation. As an eternal optimist, Moussi is driven by the awareness that her efforts have positively impacted people.
