Biztomate has positioned smart automation as a game-changer for SMEs. What inspired your journey into AI-powered automation, and how have you seen automation transform small business operations firsthand?
If something exists in this world, it holds the potential to create value—and AI is no exception. Beyond the hype, the true power of AI lies in its ability to simplify complexity, eliminate inefficiencies, and accelerate growth.
While working in the prefabricated housing industry through a joint venture with a Canadian fabricator, I found myself handling every aspect of the business—emails, cold calls, meetings, operations, and more. Despite working 17-hour days, there was never enough time. Many of my peers faced the same challenge: too many responsibilities, not enough hours. This sparked a critical realization—there had to be a smarter way to delegate, optimize, and save time without sacrificing quality. I turned to AI and no-code automation tools, focused on mastering platforms that streamline outreach, manage repetitive tasks, enhance customer support, and keep operations running smoothly. The results were transformative. Not only was I able to regain valuable time and focus on growth, but I also uncovered a scalable solution that could benefit countless small and medium-sized businesses facing the same struggle.
That’s why I founded Biztomate (Business + Automation)—a platform designed to help businesses save time, cut costs, and unlock sustainable growth through intelligent automation.
In today’s fast-moving business climate, speed is critical but resources can be limited. Can you share how deploying automation solutions can help small businesses scale quickly and remain competitive, even with lean teams or budgets?
Once automation systems are deployed, they operate 24/7 with consistency and precision. Unlike human teams, AI and smart automation never rest, never take vacations, and never lose focus. This “always-on” capability gives businesses a competitive edge in environments where speed and responsiveness are critical.
Traditionally, achieving both speed and quality required hiring larger teams—raising costs and complicating operations. Smart automation bridges this gap by delivering speed with accuracy, ensuring tasks are executed quickly without compromising standards.
The applications are vast: automated dialers can qualify leads, book appointments, and follow up with prospects. AI-driven email campaigns personalize outreach at scale, while LinkedIn automations connect with and nurture target audiences. Content distribution tools maintain consistent industry presence, and AI chatbots instantly resolve FAQs or triage client requests, enhancing customer satisfaction. Behind the scenes, automation streamlines data entry, invoice processing, CRM updates, and even market intelligence—scanning competitors, industry news, and client behavior to provide actionable insights.
The results are transformative: a single sales rep can operate like a team of ten, support desks can handle thousands of queries, and marketing teams can maintain visibility effortlessly. Smart automation doesn’t replace people—it empowers them to focus on strategy, growth, and innovation while machines handle repetitive tasks.
Ideas are plentiful, but execution defines success. From your experience, what strategies help entrepreneurs move from concept to completion—especially when implementing tech-driven solutions in traditionally manual industries?
Ideas are abundant, but execution determines impact. In my own journey, I’ve learned that the real challenge is not creativity—it’s prioritization and disciplined implementation. The best strategy begins with capturing every idea as it comes, no matter how small. From there, each idea should be given structured evaluation: dedicate 15 minutes to assess its advantages, disadvantages, alignment with business goals, and the specific problem it solves for the target audience.
Not all ideas are executable in the real world, and recognizing this early helps entrepreneurs avoid wasted resources. The key is to focus on the concepts that are both feasible and impactful. Today, execution has become more accessible through the right technology stack. Low-code and no-code platforms, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions make it possible to turn concepts into functioning systems faster and with fewer resources than ever before.
A practical framework I follow:
- List all ideas without judgment.
- Analyze each for pros, cons, and alignment with business objectives.
- Define its value for both the business and the target audience.
- Leverage the right tools to bring the idea to life efficiently.
Execution succeeds when strategy, prioritization, and technology come together.
Biztomate is soon launching a new contact organization tool. What business challenges motivated this innovation, and how do you envision it impacting SME owners and their teams?
At Biztomate, we recognized a challenge many entrepreneurs, sales personnel and SME owners share: meaningful connections are made every day, yet the details that could strengthen those relationships often get lost. Cards and contacts can easily pile up or go unorganized, making it harder to build the strong networks businesses depend on.
Our aim isn’t to overcomplicate things, but to offer a simple, supportive option—something practical for SMEs that helps ease the everyday burden of staying organized with their contacts. By reducing repetitive tasks and making information easier to access, our solution creates space for business owners and teams to focus on what matters most: following up, nurturing relationships, and turning small moments into long-term opportunities.
We see this as one piece of the puzzle—a way to help SMEs work a little more smoothly, while staying focused on growth and building stronger connections.
Finally, what key advice or words of encouragement would you offer to small and medium-sized business owners facing the pressures of growth, automation, and ongoing innovation today?
Commitment, Resilience and Discipline are the triangle for achieving anything! Everything that holds you back is nothing more than an excuse.
I did not come from a computer science background, yet I refused to let that stop me. Instead of waiting for the “perfect resources” or the “right time,” I learned the tools I needed and built the application I wanted most.
That’s the truth about success: it’s not about having every skill upfront, it’s about the relentless drive to figure it out. When you commit fully—without excuses—you’ll find the resources, the tools, and the knowledge you need along the way.
