With over 25 years of leadership experience across public, private, and non-profit sectors, Melissa Malcolm is a seasoned expert in talent management and human resources. As the Founder and HR Strategist of Malcolm HR, Melissa has dedicated her career to optimizing organizational performance through strategic human capital management.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Major in Human Resources from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Administration Diploma, HR Specialization (High Honours) from Seneca College. She is a Certified Talent Management Professional (CTMP) and actively contributes to her community as a Board Director at Community Development Council Durham (CDCD) and a mentor to early career professionals.
Twice nominated for the RBC Women Entrepreneur Awards and featured multiple times in the Globe and Mail, Melissa is recognized for her outstanding contributions to the field.
