The Canadian experiential marketing and event staffing agency connecting brands with exceptional people to create memorable experiences across the country.
The Human Side of Marketing
Marketing continues to evolve, but some of the most powerful connections between a brand and its customers still happen face to face. A conversation at a trade show, a product discovery during a retail demo, a sample handed to someone at the right moment, or a memorable interaction at a festival can shape how a consumer sees and remembers a brand. Behind each of these moments is a person representing that brand.
Founded in Canada in 2023, The SEED Agency Corp. is an experiential marketing, event staffing, and talent management agency built around a simple belief: every brand has the potential to grow with the right people behind it. SEED provides Brand Ambassadors, promotional and brand models, retail demonstration teams, trade show and expo staff, street teams, bar professionals, content creators, UGC creators, performers, dancers, DJs, Team Leads, and other experiential talent. From retail sampling and product launches to festivals, conferences, private events, trade shows, and national campaigns, SEED builds teams around the individual needs and personality of each brand.
From an Idea to a Growing Canadian Agency
The SEED Agency was founded by entrepreneur Steven Amidjinov with a vision to build an agency that approached experiential marketing differently. Having seen firsthand how important the people representing a brand can be to the success of a campaign, Steven wanted to create an agency that
placed equal importance on the brands it serves and the people bringing those brands to life. The idea behind SEED was simple: build a company rooted in relationships, responsiveness, reliability, and genuine care for the people on both sides of every activation.
Since its founding in 2023, that idea has grown into a rapidly expanding Canadian agency supporting brands and campaigns across the country. What began with a focus on creating better experiences for clients and talent has evolved into a national network capable of supporting everything from individual activations to complex, multi market programs. Despite that growth, SEED continues to operate with the entrepreneurial mindset it was founded on, remaining hands on, adaptable, and closely connected to its clients and talent.
National Reach With a Local Approach
Experiential marketing is inherently local. The people representing a brand need to understand the market, the audience, and the environment they are working in. At the same time, brands increasingly need the ability to execute consistently across multiple cities and provinces. SEED was built to bridge those two needs, providing brands with access to talent across Canada while maintaining a personalized approach to each campaign.
With a growing talent network spanning major markets including Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, Quebec City, and communities in between, SEED can support a single activation or coordinate teams across multiple Canadian markets through one agency. For emerging brands, that means being able to enter new markets without building a staffing infrastructure from scratch. For
established brands, it provides a streamlined way to execute recurring programs, retail demonstrations, roadshows, trade shows, sampling campaigns, street teams, and national activations while maintaining consistency in how the brand is represented.
The Culture Behind Team SEED
At the heart of the agency is its community of independent talent, known as Team SEED. The company believes that great client experiences begin with great talent experiences, which is why building a strong internal community has been an important part of SEED’s growth. Rather than viewing talent simply as names on a roster, SEED focuses on creating ongoing relationships with the people who represent its clients. Clear communication, dependable weekly payments, preparation, support, recognition, and continued opportunities are all part of creating an environment where people genuinely want to work.
That culture ultimately translates directly to the brands SEED represents. When people feel valued, prepared, and connected to the agency behind them, they show up differently. They become stronger storytellers, better representatives, and more engaged members of each activation. SEED’s people first philosophy is not simply about creating a positive culture. It is a business philosophy built on the belief that taking care of the people behind an experience creates better experiences for everyone involved.
Growing Brands, People and Something Bigger
Growth has been part of SEED’s identity from the beginning. The agency exists to help brands grow their presence, give talent opportunities to grow through new experiences, and build lasting partnerships rather than simply fill individual shifts. For SEED, successful experiential marketing is about understanding the brand, understanding the audience, and putting the right people behind the moments that matter. Whether that means one exceptional Brand Ambassador or teams activating across multiple Canadian markets, the purpose remains the same. That philosophy now extends beyond events through the SEED Green Initiative, the agency’s environmental commitment to plant one tree in Canada for every shift worked through SEED, with trees planted through Tree Canada.
One Shift. One Tree. One Greener Future.
As technology continues to change the way brands communicate, genuine human connection remains incredibly powerful. Consumers remember the people who introduce them to something new, answer their questions, make them laugh, and create experiences worth talking about. When a brand shows up in the real world, the people representing it become part of the brand itself. The SEED Agency is helping make sure the right people are there when those moments happen.
