Unlock $100K to modernize your business

Unlock $100K to modernize your business

We had the privilege to speak to Charles Gervais, Founder of iTransform, who gave us his valuable opinion regarding the estimated cost of the Digital Road Map, some examples of initiatives that might be coming out of iTransform’s Digital Roadmap, followed by the reason to choose iTransform.

Charles Gervais is President and co-owner of Missing Link Technologies (MLT), a telecommunications and technology company that began in 2003 and is headquartered in Moncton. Since 2019, Charles has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of MLT and has launched a new company called iTransform: a company that aims to modernize, on a large scale, the digital sphere of small and medium-sized businesses.

In 2016, Charles was selected to participate in the Entrepreneurial Leaders Program of the Wallace McCain Institute. The following year, he received the Business Leadership Award from the New Brunswick Community College, an award given annually to an alumnus.

Charles is originally from Drummond, NB. He enjoys travelling and camping with his wife and two daughters, Ariel and Dalia. He is also a member of the Moncton Squash Club.

$100K seems too good to be true; what’s the catch?

There’s no catch, a 0% interest loan up to $100K can be unlocked to implement recommended digital initiatives. By working with a certified digital advisor (i.e. iTransform) under the Canadian Digital Adoption Program (CDAP), an adapted Digital Roadmap / Plan is first created.

A digital roadmap identifies the needs for different digital solutions to help grow revenue, improve efficiency, enhance client experience and enhance employee engagement. It also diagnoses organization’s issues that digital transformation could quickly address by stating clear action steps, timelines & budgets.

Ok, but how much does this Digital Roadmap/ Plan cost?

Great question, in fact the Digital Roadmap is subsidized via a 90% non-repayable grant (up to $15,000). It will cost you no more than $1,500.

Now I am interested, but it must be super complicated…

Actually, it can all be done in 5 easy steps that can be completed between 4 to 6 weeks.

  1. Apply online and get approved. (Need Help?)
  2. Select a certified provider to create your Digital Roadmap
  3. Complete your Digital Roadmap
  4. Upload the Digital Roadmap in the portal and get reimbursed 90% of the cost
  5. Get a unique link to apply for the 0% loan up to $100K

Can you provide some examples of initiatives that might be coming out of iTransform’s Digital Roadmap?

Each company is different because iTransform leads with business objectives rather than technology.  We assess the current state, identify gaps that are inhibiting the reaching of these objectives and finalize a custom plan to enhance the desired state of business performance.  It could be from many perspectives such as Human Resources, System Integrations, Operational Efficiencies, Sales & Marketing Automation, IT Infrastructure and Security, Service Delivery, Inventory Management, Online presence and more.

I understand, but why should I choose iTransform?

Fair question. iTransform delivers a modernized approach to help unlock the realistic potential of SMEs to a refreshingly empowered state. Our main strengths are that we are:

  1. Neutral – we are not selling anything else other than Digital Roadmaps, so there is no bias in our recommendations. We will focus on your business solutions and provide solutions adapted to your business reality.
  2. Experienced – we have delivered over 80+ Digital Roadmaps nationwide.
  3. Effective – we have a unique repeatable methodology under ISO certification. This means you can trust us to produce the desired results.
  4. Bilingual – we operate fluently in both French and English.

Any last words?

I strongly urge Canadian SMBs to ACT on this opportunity.  This is real and designed to help SMBs modernize to be more competitive in this digital age.  Still unsure, please feel free to reach out to me directly, it’s important to make an informed decision.
