DiveThru focuses on creating a safe space for you to work on your mental health through their DiveThru Studio or connecting through the therapist-created DiveThru: Mental Health App.
They provide an innovative support system that understands the struggle with mental health and provides a helping hand to make you feel not alone in your struggles.
The Safe Space
By creating safe places for mental health discussions, DiveThru caters to the various problems that you go through.
- A Space For Therapy
DiveThru offers therapists who understand you and provide access to one-on-one, group, couples or family therapy at their studio starting from November and in their DiveThru app or through a combination of both.
- A Space For Community
DiveThru strives to remove the feeling of being alone in your struggles and stop struggling alone. Through them, you can find a community of people who understands you through their app and in-person at their studios, their in-person groups, workshops and event offerings.
- A Space For You
DiveThru is focused on creating a safe space to work on your mental health through their studio or app to help you overcome whatever you’re going through.
DiveThru decided it was time to reimagine how we access mental health support and understands the significance of matching with the right therapist who is the right fit. It is a space for you to dive through whatever you’re going through, with a professional, in a group or by yourself.
They understand the reality of having to wait for months for support when you need support much sooner than that. They understand the desperation of struggling with mental health, the struggle to get support, and the tediousness of looking for a community of people who get what you’re going through.
DiveThru provides early access to services when you are looking for a new therapist, a new community, or attractive gear that’s all about embracing your mental health. To ensure the space they create makes you feel seen and heard, DiveThru regularly reaches out and seeks feedback from clients. The space is a co-creation by DiveThru and you.
Through their innovative studio construction, they are shaking up what typical mental health support looks like.
Creating A Stable Ground
The founder of DiveThru, Sophie Gray, knows what it is like to feel as if “you are going to shit your pants and throw up at the same time.” It is because of this understanding that she built DiveThru.
After a decade of struggling with and avoiding her mental health, Sophie had a panic attack on an airplane, and it wasn’t happy.
The panic attack resulted in a 38-hour cross-country drive where she had a lot of time to evaluate her life and accept that she was struggling deeply and that something needed to change.
After her cross-country journey, she returned home and went to therapy as a first step. She journaled, took medication, and did everything and anything she could to support herself.
She found stable ground after the whole process, but was overwhelmed by how hard it was to get help. Sophie Gray recognized a market gap in the mental health industry, and she began building DiveThru to prevent others from feeling as she did.
The Commitment To A Healthy Life
DiveThru is committed to creating a safe space where you can connect with like-minded people who are going through similar experiences. They understand and empathize with the struggle of mental health when you cry on the bathroom floor and lie wide awake at night without sleep. Everything found within DiveThru is created from a deep understanding of what it means to struggle.
Everything DiveThru offers is intentionally created to center you and your experience by prioritizing your wants and needs. Along with being a safe place to cry together and taking mental health seriously, DiveThru also wants their clients to laugh and wants to bring you a bit of fun when they can, through memes or brutally honest moments.
Through their self-guided apps and therapy offerings, DiveThru’s goal is to help you take charge of your mental health. DiveThru knows what it’s like to feel alone in your struggles and works towards offering help and support that helps you overcome your struggles.
