She desired to create a mobile wellness program focused on mental wellness. For the sake of your mind and body, you must take a purposeful pause and slow down. Traci aimed to produce a meditation experience that was inspiring, distinctive, and approachable.

MeditationWorks MINDSTREAM creates customized Workplace Wellness Experiences for organizations.  They visit you live, virtually, or by rolling up to the entrance of your organization in their Airstream MINDSTREAM mobile meditation studio. Guided Meditations at MeditationWorks MINDSTREAM

Whether it’s at your home, in the car, outdoors, or in your office, you can perform meditation anywhere and everywhere. Gaining on your mind’s silence is your goal. Meditation can be done simply by understanding the fact that you always have breath in you. Below are some tips on how to conduct it:

  • When you are at home, keep yourself away from electronics and your chores
  • When you are in the office, put your phone alerts and emails on silent mode 
  • If you are driving, park your car somewhere and put your engine off
  • If you are outdoors, enjoy nature and notice all the sounds around you

MeditationWorks MINDSTREAM Instructions/Step-by-Step Guide to Meditate 

Firstly, choose a quiet spot (plug in your headphones if required). Secondly, find a nice and comfortable seat. Next form an attentive posture with your feet flat on the floor, straightened spine, head up, and softened shoulders with a relaxed face, jaw, and core. Then, you lower your gaze or close your eyes. Follow your breath and be mindful about your inhales and exhales. You will naturally get distracted by the maze of thoughts and sounds, which is quite normal. Don’t force yourself to clear your mind. Allow the thoughts to come and go. Lastly, gently bring back your focus to your breath again and again.
